အသိပေးကြေညာချက် ၁/၂၀၂၂
၁။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံလူမွဲခံယူခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ ကျွမ်းကျင်သူများအသင်းသည် စတင်ဖွဲ့စည်းခဲ့သည့်အချိန်မှစ၍ အသင်းဝင် လျှောက်ထားချက်များအပေါ် စိစစ်၍ အသင်းဝင်မှတ်ပုံတင်လက်မှတ်များ (Certificate of Membership) ထုတ်ပေး လျက်ရှိပြီး အသင်း၏ ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံအခြေခံစည်းမျဉ်းအပိုဒ် (၁၆.၆) အရ အသင်း၏ မှတ်ပုံတင်စာရင်းအား မှတ်တမ်းထိန်းသိမ်း ထားရှိပါသည်။ အသင်းဝင်ကြေးမှာ ကျပ်နှစ်သိန်းတိတိ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ၂။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံလူမွဲခံယူခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ ကျွမ်းကျင်သူများအသင်းရှိ အသင်းဝင်များအားလုံး၏ အသင်းဝင်သက်တမ်းမှာ အသင်းဝင်အဖြစ် စတင်အတည်ပြုသည့်နေ့မှစ၍ တစ်နှစ်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အသင်းဝင်အဖြစ် စတင်အတည်ပြုသည့်နေ့ ကို အသင်းမှ ထုတ်ပေးထားသော အသင်းဝင်သက်သေခံလက်မှတ် (Certificate of Membership) တွင် ထည့်သွင်းဖော်ပြထားပါသည်။ ၃။ အသင်းဝင်များအားလုံးသည် အသင်း၏ ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံအခြေခံစည်းမျဉ်းအပိုဒ် (၁၆.၅) အရ အသင်းဝင်သက်တမ်း တစ်နှစ်ပြည့်မြောက်ပြီးပါက အသင်းဝင်အဖြစ် ဆက်လက်တည်ရှိနိုင်ရန် နှစ်စဉ်အသင်းဝင်ကြေး ပေးသွင်းရန် […]
